Much better than I expected. My hair is bleached. It has been bleached more than n more than 7 years. Bleached so much that my pillowcases are bleached. I thought it was pink. Just like a bottle. It wasn't as dirty as I expected. It didn't dirty my skin or scalp. I apply it to shampooed, completely dry hair with just my fingers. I used about 75% of the bottle. I wanted to make sure my hair was completely dipped in color so it wasn't pink or blotchy. The only criticism is that gray hair is not covered. My roots have grown about 2cm, I have some gray hair along with medium ash brown natural hair. It had almost no effect on brown, only tinged slightly gray to pink. I rinsed it in a stainless steel kitchen sink using a pop up sprayer to keep the tub clean. I was planning on rinsing it until the water ran clear but I gave up lol. I was afraid she would bleed on my light gray sofa and I was sure I would wake up with a pink pillowcase. nope It wasn't bleeding at all. No smell, hair is soft. Full recommendation
