I am very grateful to this company! I needed this bracelet very badly to warn my 6 year old autistic child of an upcoming trip. (It's his first time on a plane.) They processed and shipped it just in time for my son to wear it and get used to having something on his wrist. He has a severe sensory disorder so the texture and weight of the bracelet are a bit concerning but I'm sure he'll get used to it. Other than that I am so happy with everything else and now I have peace of mind because he will be wearing it on our flight this Monday and I know that he can get appropriate help if needed.
