GREAT remedy for migraines.
I keep my cooling gel ball mask in the fridge and use it every time I have a migraine. It was also helpful for sore muscles in the arms or legs. This particular brand appears to be very good and well made. I would highly recommend this gel mask to anyone who just needs an ice pack for headaches and mild muscle aches.
