This photograph shows how brightly this bulb burns in a 10 inch high Himalayan salt lamp in the dark and under the light of a work lamp. This is the first time I've used 25 watt bulbs in my salt lamps - I've used 25 watts before. (I have 4 salt lamps). Now I will use these lamps. The extra heat works better on a salt lamp this size by activating the salt ions in the air. Great value, they now last 4 months (we leave them on 24/7) and make great night lights too!
