When I first tried these headphones I was really impressed with the quality and range of sound that came out of such a small body. But after trying to enjoy what I was listening to for 30 minutes, I found that the comfort level began to diminish fairly quickly. User friendliness. The Impulse Duo is no less premium, and the new dual-driver concept is certainly innovative, increasing the range and quality of the sound. However, the specific design of the duo's angled earcups makes it difficult to adjust them for a comfortable fit when using the full range of which they are capable. The plastic housing of each earpiece is bulky and uncomfortable, and tends to irritate the ear canal and ear periphery after 30 minutes of use. Suggestion: lengthen the neck of the earbuds and develop a "more comfortable" design that pushes the cup further out of the listener's ear. Although they could protrude a little more out of the ear, they would be much more comfortable to wear and therefore much more attractive for customers. I LOVE the sound quality of these headphones! But I can't wear them for more than half an hour before they lose their ability to ride comfortably in the ear canal. If you master this challenge, iFrogz will be able to outperform the competition in terms of quality, convenience, and ease of use. UPDATE 7/15/2019: After putting doubts aside and posting this iFrogz wireless headset model for over three weeks before giving a final opinion, I hereby do so unconditionally: This wireless headphone model is definitely a game changer with dual-driver Technology. BUT; It is EXTREMELY frustrating and PAINFUL to wear them for long periods of time. I've tried everything from resizing the rubber boots to rotating the headphones in my earbud/canal, with the same results: YOU HURRY! Although the sound is ALMOST worth it. Despite the pain, at the end of the day, extremely irritated ears and serious doubts about this product remained. The oddly rectangular-shaped housing for the "dual speaker" is too large and too close to the earphone shaft for any comfort. This leads to a frustrating time adjusting headphones for comfort and a snug fit, and finding the "best spot" that delivers the best of the best sounds. However, due to the poor design of these headphones, this was NEVER realized. I was faced with a choice between great sound and an uncomfortable fit, or at best, lousy sound with an instantly comfortable fit. iFrogz - Your previous model of headphones (iFrogz Impulse) sound AMAZING and I use them every day even though they are over 3 years old! I had high hopes for your "Impulse Duo" but was disappointed that comfort was sacrificed for the PHENOMENAL sound! This is a compromise that is definitely NOT sustainable for your business, and with the rapid change in technology and the rise of copycat production, you may have missed the bus to TRUE GREAT land when it comes to this design. These headphones almost blew him away!
