The cats happily ate this food and didn't appear to suffer any adverse health effects from eating one of the large packs. The only problem is that sometimes they had to stop and actually chew on a piece. Whether it was because there was something tough and hard like a tendon or a piece of bone or something stuck in their gums I can't say but I'll look for other food as I've never seen behavior like this. manifested in every cat I've had when they ate wet food.
