It's hardly unisex unless it's for a child.
I like the watch and the fact that the watch is not a bracelet. However, the group itself is very small. I have a very small wrist and that is the only reason they fit me. I can wear it on the penultimate hole, but the last hole is more convenient. I don't know who would wear a watch on the other 6 or 8 holes but a very small child.
