To be honest I didn't want to like it when I received it. I liked the smell but was put off when I felt the consistency as it is A LOT like a body scrub which I felt was too harsh. It's quite difficult to apply to the scalp, but once you do it lathers up well and leaves your hair feeling very clean and soft. The hair became voluminous and curly. My hair was FIRE with hair dye and heat damage and it was the cleanest I could get without feeling tangled; it stayed soft throughout. The results don't lie!
