When I ordered this belt, I wasn't certain that the pocket would be large enough to hold my iPhone X, but it ended up being much more roomy than I anticipated! It fits my phone and keys, plus any other odds and ends that I need to bring along. The waist strap is also quite large and expandable so would accommodate different body shapes well, I would think.The water bottles are fairly small, but I wanted them primarily to take along for my dog on long trips, so they work perfectly to pour into our travel bowl halfway through the run. The back of the pocket has some grip so it stays in place well, but I tried to wear it against my bare skin above my waistline and it irritated my skin a bit.Overall it's a little bulky, but works well if you're looking for plenty of space to carry necessities.
