I have previously bought 2 SleepRight pillows, 1 regular and 1 travel pillow. I bought this travel pillow as I left another travel pillow at my daughter's house as I go there many times a year. Well this pillow is nothing like the ones I bought a few years ago. This pillow is so soft and doesn't offer the same support as the others. I have to put a towel under it to make it firmer. The other two supported my neck perfectly, this one didn't. I called the company and asked if they had changed the pillow foam and they told me no they hadn't. I asked him if he thought it was fake and he said no. He said that the pillow might be hot and needs to cool down. ? The others I have are more solid and work for me.
