I got this for college as I needed a size down. It fits perfectly with everything I need (my laptop, pencil case, 3" binder (with 5 notepads + 5 binders inside), Nintendo Switch, wireless mouse and mouse pad). It's as cozy as it gets, literally couldn't handle an item anymore. There are also many pockets and zippers inside, which is very convenient. The material of the bag is very thick. the seam is good. The straps are neither flimsy nor flimsy. It definitely doesn't look like it's going to break any time soon! Although the back is not padded, I know that many higher quality backpacks have padding for your back to keep your books from hurting your back. but I don't really care. :) Also, a hydroflask or something big will NOT fit in the side pockets. You could probably put a 16 ounce plastic water bottle or something in there. And the front pocket is actually not a buckle but magnets. Overall a great bag for the price. If you don't need a lot of stuff for school and don't want to carry it around, then this is a great option. PS the brown is warmer but the overall hue is pretty accurate!
