Just terrible execution of the side keys, especially the one closer to the back of the mouse. They constantly make a nasty strumming sound, with any accidental contact with them. The wheel is pressed tightly, it feels like it is generally against being pressed. Ergonomics seemed to me extremely unsuccessful. I specially took this mouse for a large hand, but because the mouse is not symmetrical, its highest point rests on the junction of the thumb and forefinger, and the entire weight of the palm is concentrated in this place, because of which it gets tired and starts to hurt.
