I give this product 4 stars because after using it once on my face and body I can say the suction has been very effective and the material is durable ; enough for me for the rest of my life. The packaging was very cute and contained everything advertised: two small cups, two medium cups and a large body cup, along with a microderma roller and a handy light face scrub. First, the facial cleanser has been made from silicone and is very easy to clean, as are the cups. The bristles were soft but strong enough to clean the face effectively. The Microderm roller was similar to others I have used before. There are no complaints. However, the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the instructions on how to use the cups and roller were not very clear. I have used the scooter before and had no negative reactions to it. After using the facial peels I developed large dark bruises on my forehead and cheeks after apparently following the instructions in the brochure. I only sucked gently for less than 5 minutes and still got a headache and 3 bruises. I have no doubt these mugs are effective and do what they say they do, but ONLY if you are experienced and know what you are doing. Aside from the bruising, my sinuses cleared up pretty quickly and I felt like I had to swallow a few times when I stopped. I drank lots of water and my headaches seemed to be easing, leading me to think it might be because my lymphatic system is just seriously blocked and the toxins are finally being expelled. On the plus side, strange as it may sound, having my face in my hands was really relaxing! It was like releasing a lot of tension I was holding in my facial muscles. Maybe next time I'll just use the smallest face bowl. The body shell didn't bruise me and ended up relaxing with no side effects. I've used it to get rid of cellulite on my legs and while I won't see any results after a single use, I did notice intense redness for a short time, again proving these cups are effective at what they do; Circulate parts of your body and allow the body to correct itself.
