Organizes and keeps everything fresh for weeks!
I was really surprised at how long it kept herbs fresh, my cilantro, dill and even spinach leaves lasted almost two weeks and still look fresh! It also stacks up so well in my fridge and they are larger than I thought they would fit in fairly large bundles. Just pour some water on the bottom and you're done. You need herbs in bundles for this to work. I made the mistake of plucking some mint leaves from my plant only to find that I need the stems on them to stay in the water to keep them fresh but not in the water.
