too tight on my feet. Blocks blood flow

Socks don't fall on my feet which I liked but they block blood flow and I can't wear them. Merino wool socks don't. The wool content made them softer and the same size fit my foot. Both are sold by the same company and look the same in the photos. I really thought I would buy the same socks.
