Review on GANOPPER Suspension Seatpost: 25.4-31.6mm Adjustable Damping, 40mm Travel Alloy Seat Tube - Bike Part by Michael Boyle

I was just driving this morning and thoughtlessly hopped around on the seat. Instead of the seatpost gently squeezing, I felt a thump as it shrank a few millimeters. I suspect when hitting a pothole at high speed the shock gives me minimal compression, but that's no different than swallowing the road on a full suspension bike. Being a stingy person, I've never used high-end suspension seatposts, so I can't compare them. You get what you pay for I guess.
