I am 1.67m and 440. I ordered a large size as per the size chart but could probably go up to a medium size. Don't worry about the extra space as I will be wearing extra layers and the pants have adjustable velcro straps around the waist. These pants are amazing, excellent quality and vibrant colors. I can't wait to try them on a snowboard. *Update* I've worn these snowboards and they were awesome! I stayed warm and dry all day. Buy these, you won't regret it.
