My son has had the same bedding for a few years and we are approaching his 4th birthday so we decided to mix it up for him. He was so interested in space/planets so I know it would be perfect. The main thing is that this blanket is very thin. My son only has one sheet on the bed so it would be too cold alone. We put a soft layered duvet under the duvet and it added the "coziness" factor! The pillowcases are really good! I sleep with it on there most nights and am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the pillowcases are. The colors and designs are very cute! We've extended the space theme to my son's room since we switched the bedding to it and he couldn't be happier!
