If I could give this one a zero star I would. I bought two models, both did not hold a charge, despite charging the battery for 16 hours without turning on the device before use. The first model didn't hold a charge and the sound didn't work, and I bought the second thinking it was just defective, it wouldn't even turn on. Considering the price and quality of this monitor, save your money and get something that actually works, it's useless.
