I was amazed at how well this little device worked with my mid-2013 MacBook Air. I hooked it up to two 27" Dell monitors and everything works fine! No lags or delays. I wouldn't use this for gaming, but for professional use (donut making) it's perfect! I had a few minor issues with the driver. Do not plug in the device until you have downloaded the latest drivers (I had to update to Mojave) and installed the latest drivers from startech. Make sure you also allow any necessary permissions and restart your computer when prompted Privacy & Security and let the Startech program run. After that, just to be safe, you can restart your computer and when you're logged in again, plug in your device and you're done. I am happy about this purchase! I bought a second one for a different desktop configuration.
