Bought to replace AIR 2022 release. As for me, after almost six months of operation, I can confidently assert that the 2022 model, if it was not better in all respects, then at least it was devoid of all the above and below disadvantages that this one has, with the exception of the screen, which caused the change. Now about the main thing - nubuck heats up even with the slightest load, for example, when working in a browser. Four - five tabs in the browser (I'm talking about regular Safari), two of which, for example, one is a streaming service (video), the other is a news site, and the CPU temperature soars to 95-100 degrees. At the same time, the cooling system turns on accordingly and there is fan noise. And if you start something else at this moment, it becomes completely scary. I would not focus on this if my past one, with an incomparable filling, worked completely silently at such moments. And here, for 90 thousand, I have to constantly look at the temperature sensors, being distracted from pressing matters. The topic of overheating can also be attributed to the jumps of the operating system, which with each new ate received (95% of the innovations of which, if visible to the user, are useless, and sometimes they harm) heats the computer up to 105 degrees for no apparent reason - turned on and got overheated after five minutes, with only one running browser and one insert in it. It is treated by restarting, resetting SMC, PRAM and other shamanistic nonsense, but not completely, after some time the ailments return. With it, you can forget about casual games from the word "absolutely". The computer takes off even in text quests without graphics, especially if they are on Unity, with a few exceptions. Overheating, coupled with operating system glitches, are the most significant shortcomings, in my opinion, which indicate the manufacturer's negligent attitude towards their product. Briefly summing up, I will say that I am disappointed with the replacement of the laptop.
