Exactly as described. I want it to be a tool free kit as if you need a replacement, chances are you've already taken it apart and have the tools. I never actually used the tools but they looked very similar to the others and looked like they would get the job done! The cheapest bolt kit even with tools I could find and they replaced the springs I saw bouncing and the bolts I had taken off and lost in the carpet with no problem. One note, these are regular Phillips head screws, even for the back panel. This means that if for any reason you want to remove this backing board (mine is now translucent purple) you can do so without using a 3-point screwdriver.
