Microphone plug fell out of the radio first. What I didn't realize at first was that I had to SECURELY press the mic connector onto the radio for it to snap and lock into place. Once I've cleared that little hurdle, everything's fine. quality product. Simplified use of my radio and makes it easier to use. As a fire brigade commander in the countryside, my radio is practically glued to my belt! It's a shame I didn't get this product a long time ago.
