I have 2 cat brothers. I used to have a cat house with one bowl and a separate bed with another bowl so they wouldn't fight. In short, we got rid of the old mansion, and the two boys continued to fight over that one bowl. Cats love sleeping in these little bowls so I was happy to find a villa with two bowls so they wouldn't fight. They don't care about the sanctuary house or the ledges, it's all about the shells. And the cool thing is that the bowls are very deep, so get in and get cozy. and stay there all day! Also cool is that it sits just below the level of the window so it doesn't block the view but allows the cats to peek out when in the top bowl. Discreet design, easy assembly.
