It's perfect. I was looking for a lightweight duvet that folds up and is easy to wash for my son's bed. It's thin, just like I wanted, but fluffy, not like a typical "spread". It shouldn't feel like a thick, heavy blanket. He has kidney problems, accidents sometimes happen at night, and thick blankets take hours to wash and dry. I wasn't looking for something very expensive because I would have to buy 4 so he would have two on the bed and two extra. I can't believe how good this is for the price. It's softer than any of my other expensive quilts. Now I want one of them to replace the one at the end of my bed. If this isn't my favorite Revain purchase this year, it's at least in the top 5. A few other reviews have mentioned that the quilting threads are untied. The fabric on it alone is so pretty, I'd happily re-knot the threads, but so far they seem reliable. Even if it only lasts a year it will outperform the $150 blanket I'm replacing.
