I installed these 100 foot LED lights on a ridge in the landscape. I spent hours installing and sticking them up so they weren't easy to take out. See picture before help. The power supply/transformer is cheap plastic, they mentioned water resistance, but I put it under a cast stone cover as a precaution to keep it from getting wet. contain more. I replaced the remote control battery, thinking the battery was low, but the problem persists. I contacted WYZworks support after the message, they only offered a replacement or refund. You currently have no spare parts. Given that I have to go to the trouble of uninstalling and reinstalling with the same product support? I don't think this will work for me. What if it works, the problem comes back? I have to go through the same process. This kind of support is just poor quality service.
