I have been using the coffee machine for three months now. And the only problem that I encountered was descaling. At first I was scared, I thought that this task would be beyond my power and I would have to take it to the service to find out why the scale appeared, what to do with it, and in general, I might have to return it. But it was worth looking at the instructions and everything became clear - I installed the water filter incorrectly. After that, I did everything according to the instructions - installing the filter (about 5 minutes) and the descaling procedure (30 minutes). It seemed to me that scale and this is an expensive repair - and here for 30 minutes a remedy that costs less than 1000 and everything is in order. And after the correct installation of the filter, this procedure will not bother me soon. The coffee machine has all the characteristics that are declared: energy efficiency, various functions (4 types of coffee) and individual settings (from strength to quantity).
