An excellent deal on a 'planned obsolete' product. My Garmin watch band rings only last about 1 year before breaking while the watch band lasts much longer. This is more convenient than using tape to hold old ones together, or using a piece of bike tube or rubber band. They don't appear to be of the same quality as the original bracelet rings but the current one (the first used) has now lasted 5 months. This is a much better deal than buying a new watch strap just because the ring holds the end of the strap.
