There does not seem to be any quality control on the part of the manufacturer. I ordered two packs. Almost 50% were found unusable. 1) Most bad sleeves were too wide to fit in record sleeves because they aren't perfectly square - the sides bulge out because the glued side seams aren't perfectly straight. As a result, too large sleeves led to the fact that the jacket was buttoned and sat with an open entrance (often the sleeve was 1-1.5 cm wider than the plate and / or the jacket itself). 2) Many sleeves had a plastic lining inside that was too small to fit the record, so you try to put your record in and it literally doesn't fit the plastic piece in the big paper sleeve. 3) A large number of envelopes had creases on ONLY ONE SIDE of the sleeve - meaning the front of the sleeve was not the same size as the back of the sleeve. When they were made, huge folds/creases were made on the larger side of the machine or whatever it was gathering. Big.
