Not great, not terrible. Although it looks nice.

Does not fit '08 ZX14. I had to use a grinder to shorten the screw holes so they would sit flush. It is impossible to remove the cover with your fingers, even if they are lubricated and loosely tightened. Luckily, I usually keep my tools in my backpack. I'll have another one soon. Although it looks nice.
