change color in hands and bracelet accessories

about 2 months the white band took on orange dirty color so I just tried to wash the band have nothing with scream slime tried remover spirit - alcohol - fingernail polish remover - and finally paint remover, still orange dirty paint, I had tried a battery spray, thermal spray, that was red, it turned the white stripe into a very nice coral color, she liked that color but many problems of being able to use the tape are not whitened
