The glasses are wide but my face is not but they fit all my glasses very comfortably including the wide computer glasses I have. I find them very calming. I don't know if they do everything they say, but I immediately feel relieved when I put them on while using my desktop, Kindle, TV, or iPad. Maybe it's the power of suggestion, but I really feel the difference. The frames are very strong and fit snugly to the head with no pressure. This is a very well made product. I also have a pair of yellow LVIOE night vision goggles and I really like them, especially on dark rainy nights.
