This set of Colgate My First Toothbrush super soft toothbrushes is designed for babies (newborn to 2 years old). It has very soft bristles and the short and narrow brush is ideal for children's mouths. And the handle has a great grip for a toddler/child. And it has bright, fun colors that kids love. So it is a perfect choice for infants/kids. Normally I would never use such a small, very soft toothbrush. However, I had an ultrasonic deep cleaning and my gums and teeth were very sensitive. I knew I was going to need the softest toothbrush I could find for a while. When I found them at the local store I had to have this set. And because the head is small and very soft, it didn't irritate my sensitive gums, teeth, etc. Not only did I love it, but I found I could use this set as a travel toothbrush. I recommend this kit to children and adults with sensitive gums/teeth, especially after deep scaling/cleaning.
