I can't say anything about the durability yet, as I've only had one ride with it so far. I walked 7 miles and felt it was a great bag. It's lightweight and covers less of your body than a traditional backpack, which is great in the summer heat. It has a lot of space. I had a long sleeve t-shirt and two water bottles in the large compartment. Snacks, bug spray etc. in smaller front pockets. I especially like the phone pocket on the front strap. It's so easy to access my phone to get cards or take a picture without removing the whole case! I also liked the hook on the strap that allows you to quickly switch the strap from left to right or right to left. I've worn it one way while walking and switched to walking back.
