I didn't know what to think of the price of these doll stands ($2 a piece seemed a little expensive but still acceptable) but upon opening the package I immediately decided that they were worth it. Price. Each base is made from 1/8 inch thick clear plastic with enough weight to easily support most Barbie, Monster High, Happily Ever After, or Bratz dolls. The support rod is 1/4 inch thick which means it will not bend or break without appreciable force, and the clip holding the doll is a one-piece, fairly strong piece that fits comfortably around the doll's waist, but still hold them in place. These stands are of high quality and appear to be intended for the serious collector to discreetly display collectible dolls and having tested one of my collectible dolls it works exceptionally well. These stands are worth the investment if you have more expensive display only dolls and I would highly recommend them to both doll collectors and sellers.
