This scale should be used for guidance only (e.g. to determine if your diet or exercise is actually helping you lose weight etc.). As far as you actually know your body fat percentage, you should not use this scale to measure it. It's just not possible. I had my body composition measured at DexaFit three days ago (they use medical diagnostic ultrasound machines) so I know what my numbers are. I used the KoreHealth scale yesterday and the numbers it gave me are so far from the truth that I can't even call them an estimate. You are just completely wrong. The measured total weight is correct, but the composition is completely wrong. However, this scale can be used as a guide, so I think it still has some value - it just can't do what it says it does. So if you want exact numbers, this is not your tool.
