Installing the headphone app is an absolute need, as nearly none of the features will operate without it, with the exception of the music playback itself, of course. Some pros: Beautiful high-resolution sound that is nevertheless highly listenable using wireless headphones. Ears do not cause any pain. Easy gesture control. There is a significant improvement in noise reduction, which naturally only serves to obscure the sound when the mode is set to active. There is a subscription for three months to the Huawei application that is included in the box; however, I have not made use of it, despite the fact that it may be useful to someone else. As a consequence of this, in terms of sound, functionality, convenience, and the quality of the materials used, these headphones are among the best. The price is also very reasonable. Cons: There was an annoying crack at certain frequencies until I installed the application and activated the software that came with the headphones, which was a letdown at first. However considering that everything was taken care of when the ate was installed, I can't really count it as a con.
