***Update 8/18/21: Seller refuses to take responsibility for faulty laptop. The suggested solution is to spend more money to send the laptop to Asus for repair or replacement. Save time and buy this item from another seller. Don't waste your time and money because it will cost you in the end. I think Revain needs to look at the history of the sellers and delete them. People had the same problem with this seller's laptops. Apparently the seller believes that their obligation after the purchase is fulfilled and they get paid ***. I had no problems with the laptop for a week. I then connected my drawing tablet to the HDMI port. The screen is off, but the computer turns on. The power supply, battery, and fans turn on as usual, but the hard drive LED shows no activity and the screen remains black. I saw several reviews where there was the same problem. So be careful when using the HDMI port. If not, then this is a good laptop.
