Paper of different thicknesses…
The paper came in a variety of gauges...some were very thin and you had to use two strips to make a star, while other colors were thicker paper and you only needed one strip. It didn't really matter, but if you're hoping for 1350 stars, it's not going to happen. If the paper is too thin, the stars will not bulge when folded and will stay flat. The jar I bought to put them in took a lot longer than I expected and I ended up ordering another set of strips to fill a 20oz jar...
