For some reason my chair didn't have wheels. Luckily I still had my old chair so I was able to transfer the wheels from it to the new chair. The chair also wobbles slightly from left to right while you are seated. I'm not sure if there is a way to fix this. The back of the chair provides good support for my back and the seat cushion is comfortable. UPDATE: The seller sent me the wheels very quickly. The chair is still a nice upgrade and provides much better support for my lower back. I have much less pain after a day's work compared to my old chair.
