I love this cross motion brush head, after brushing my teeth are very smooth and last about two months. You can do the three months recommended by the dentist, but I feel the cleanliness isn't that great. I also use Aquafresh Extreme Clean toothpaste with all my brush heads. I think this toothpaste is definitely the best option, try it.

Round brush head for each tooth, with specially designed bristles for optimal coverage of teeth
