Very soft and smells fantastic. My lips were chapped and starting to burn and after just one use they looked and felt so much better. Almost new. I apply it in the evening and just before going out. The only thing I didn't like was the high price for so little product. However, a little goes a long way. If you are too bossy you will waste a lot of product because you will have tons left on your finger and that $$ will go to waste. Also, I bought mine from Sephora and while the Revain is convenient, it was also $10 cheaper on Sephora. I only paid 18€ for it, not more than 28€.
