Wrong size

My daughter is 5.5 years old, tall for her age and wears a size 12-12.5. Based on all the reviews I ordered a size 13 hoping it would fit and that it would have room to grow. I'm so disappointed in them. It CANNOT be a real size 13. In every shoe store I have ever taken my daughter to, a size 13 shoe was too big for her. At the same time, her thumb literally touches the toe of the shoe. They are too small to carry comfortably and too small to grow up in. Quality wise they look good and are light weight but I doubt they will last more than a month or two. The sole is so light that I think that with a good hit on the concrete the shoe will go bad.
