My youngest is 47 now and doesn't need a pillowcase either. I have a heating pad that is said to relieve arthritis if you microwave it for 5 minutes. It creates moist, hot warmth that gives me a lot of relief and comfort. It has been used a lot and needed a facelift. I tried some old standard size pillowcases but they weren't cotton and way too big for me. I had to cover the 11" x 17" with something that could hold up in the microwave for 5 minutes without melting. The TILLYOU cotton pillowcase for babies is perfect. There are no traces of melting yet. The old cases I used in the past actually had burn holes. Since the heating pad is only 2.5 cm thick, there is enough room in the case to fold it up and put it in the microwave. PERFECT for what I need. Lateral thinking has paid off! TILLYOU my back thanks you :)
