VERY Sheer, Hardly Any Color Payoff
If I layer this over a bright white eyeshadow and practically use my lid brush as a shovel, I can sort of pile enough product on my lid for it to be visible, as a very pale blue. Looks NOTHING like the pan color, though.
- I love this. I use it for eyeliner. Last all day. Love it.
- The shades may not be long-lasting for everyone
