Review on 🎧 KINPS 3-Inch Auxiliary Audio Cable Extension for Enhanced Stereo Experience by Charles Barney

I received the cable fairly quickly. The packaging looked genuine and the cable appeared to be of really good quality. More than I expected for what I paid. Upon further investigation, the male end of the cable was loose, causing some connectivity and interference issues. Because of the price and the fact that it basically served its purpose, I needed it because I just accepted it. The next day I get a personal email from Kinps customer service asking about cables etc. I was honest and told her that Kinps seems to be a company that doesn't accept substandard items, but it looks like I got a bad example of this. I didn't consider a return or exchange, but the next email I received included a tracking number for my replacement. In the same week I received another cable in the same quality packaging. Everything was perfect this time. After some abuse I can wholeheartedly recommend Kinps for their superb quality and customer service.
