Review on Floerns Women's Long Sleeve Denim Jean Jacket: Classic Button-Down Style & Easy Wash Fabric by John Kahsar

This jacket runs much smaller than the Floerns size chart! I took the size I need from the size chart and it's too small. I actually took a tape measure and measured the jacket and compared those measurements to the size chart provided. And this jacket is a full 3 inches smaller than advertised! So either the company's sizing chart is wrong or I received the jacket with the wrong sizing (even though the jacket clearly had a size tag). I'm a tall blue-4 style and usually wear a medium size so the plus size should be an easy fit. Well, the jacket should measure 40 inches in circumference (i.e. 20 inches straight). But when I measure it across my chest, it's only 17 inches (3 inches less than recommended). Which is very odd considering even the small size should be around 37 inches (18.5 inches wide). So the large size I received is even smaller than the small size (based on the size chart). And the waist is even smaller - just under 16 inches! Also a jacket arrived with an intense musty basement smell! Totally unsatisfied! I have something I can't even wear.
