A very friendly support rep helped me troubleshoot an operator error with my tablet and now it's working great! Only one of my 3 cats will approach him but I think that will change. Runs SO quiet! I am very happy about this because I have a very shy cat who will run away from her shadow but she sits and watches the tray turn to clean it and is fascinated not scared.
