Updated 8/20/2020. They sent me a new one and this one works great and I've had no problems with it. I've moved my stars to 4 stars for decent customer service, not great, and a product that works great when you get a good one! Update 08/11/2020, support has contacted me and said they will send me a new one if and only if I can prove it doesn't work. I sent photos and videos and got nothing back. Was hoping they would get it right but still nothing. This flashlight and lantern is a great concept. The lights were bright and very functional. I would give it 4 stars for the initial rating and function but have to give it 1 because the quality is poor when it died and won't recharge, the second time I plug it in to charge it won't charged and will not will work. I tried to contact the seller about the problem but still no communication. I hope yours works better, mine sucks! If the seller contacts me I can update this review but until then it's rubbish and I don't have $30. I should have known better I think. Disappointing as it happened 4 days before the 30 day return period was up.
