I like most of what it can do, but not all! It's very good for managing knowledge management in my organization; we use this as part of training materials storage (we have several different formats).
The interface could be improved by allowing more customization options when creating new topics/documents etc., so you don't need separate software just because your business requires multiple document types such as presentations vs manuals versus user guides et al.; also there should probably still allow some manual entry into documents rather than forcing everything through automated processes unless absolutely necessary--it takes time away from other tasks which may require human involvement anyway!! We're solving problems relating specifically around how information about products gets transferred between departments within organizations without having duplicate copies lying scattered throughout various locations across many workstations everywhere.
